1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ub777 platform (including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and cashier functions), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the ub777 platform. ub777 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any point in time, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account with ub777. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ub777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ub777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify ub777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. ub777 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

ub777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements and compliance review. ub777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–60 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Funds deposited into your ub777 account must be used for gaming activity. ub777 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee in respect of inactive accounts or accounts used solely for deposit and immediate withdrawal without genuine gaming activity, at its sole discretion.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.

6.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ub777 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as published within the game interface or in the accompanying documentation. ub777 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all digital games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming and are subject to those providers' operational standards and certifications.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, ub777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed. ub777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ub777 platform:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

• Charging back or reversing deposits through payment providers after using those funds for gambling.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ub777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and bonus credits, and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8.Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. 9.Intellectual Property
